Reliant Broadcasting continues expanding it's content to include online talk shows.
The position is ideal for someone trying to break into the talk show format. Experience is not necessary, but a strong desire to create great content is essential.
We are looking for a creative self-motivated individual to create, produce, and host pre-produced segments that appeal to a female audience between the ages of 18 and 35.
Preferred segment lengths would range over 8 minutes long, or less than 60 seconds (for shorts).
The ultimate candidate would have an interest in unique topics or industries, or at very least the drive and motivation for an open discussion.

- Makeup
- Relationships/dating
- sex
- Basically, anything that would attract a young female audience
Other possibilities:
- Video Games
- Movies / Television Shows
- Pop Culture
- Bring us an idea! ; )
That individual will also have the potential of occasionally co-hosting a live weekly show. Pay for this show would be at a pre-negotiated hourly rate.
Also, deciding on episode topics, researching them and determining who would be the best guest(s) to come on the show and discuss those topics.
The pre-produced segments and live shows will both be 'broadcast' weekly on a popular YouTube channel that has over 400,000 subscribers. From there we would try to evolve and expand the show into other formats, including other online media such as Twitch, Podcast, other YouTube channels, and hopefully on terrestrial FM & AM radio stations.
This format is in the process of being created. That means the position is currently only for a couple of hours a week.
Cameras are needed in presenting a stronger presence.
This is an independent contractor position; 1099 tax forms are issued at the end of each year. You must own, maintain, and work from your own studio with equipment that has a professional sound, which includes a professional microphone.
There may be some Pre-recorded segments that will be produced in .MP4, .MP3, and .WAV formats and then uploaded to an FTP server.
Reliant Broadcasting currently provides traffic, news, and weather reports to over 36 FM & AM radio stations across the country; markets include DC, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Tampa/St Pete, New York, Richmond, Philadelphia, Rehoboth Beach, California High Desert, and others.
